Is City Network running slow? Low performance can be a sign of overselling, but it can also be due to a cusomter account hitting resource limits or server malfunctions. How can you tell the difference?

If City Network is overselling you will mostly find peaks in the graphs during the most trafficated hours of the day. By disabling your own websites and still having bad performance you can be certain that it's not your account hitting resource limits. Some providers offer tools to see your resource usage.
